Soda is something that is becoming more and more addictive. Many people love the taste of them and because it has caffeine in it they think that it will help them to focus and get more done throughout the day. But is soda good for you?
Soda is only bad for someone when not drunk in moderation. Many people will drink soda 7 or more times a day and not realize what they are doing too their bodies. They forget that soda has an abundant amount of calories - which means that it can make you gain weight fast. Soda is one of the main reasons why people have problems with obesity. In order to keep yourself from craving it throughout the rest of the day you should substitute another drink for it. You can try diet soda, tea, hot tea, juice, and of course water. When consuming any amounts of these drinks (except water) you want to make sure that you are still careful how much you drink a day because they can have many calories as well. Immediately when people are told that they should drink more water their answer is, "I can't stomach the lack of taste to it." We have a solution for you. Go out and buy some flavored water or find ways of flavoring it yourself. Many people put lemon juice in their water for taste and also because lemon juice helps to speed up your metabolism. |
